1. What made
you go into business for yourself?
I wanted to create a magazine for teenage girls. It's also a challenge
being able to run my own business. Ultimately I wanted to own my
own labour.
2. What was
hard about it?
Starting my own business and continuing to believe in myself was
especially hard.
3. What was
something surprising about it?
The success of it all, and also the positive response from the readers
and their parents.
4. What do
you really love about having your own business?
Working my own hours with the freedom to explore other interests.
The success that I have depends on the amount of time and energy
that I put into the magazine.
