SYSTEM ANALYSTS

Computer Systems Analysts design computer systems to meet their clients' information processing, database or computation needs. People who are intersted in this occupation must be willing to respond to rapidly changing computer systems and will constantly need to upgrade their skills.

EDUCATION

Systems Analysts must usually complete either a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce or Business Administration. Or complete a College program in Computer Science.

SOFTWARE PROGRAMMERS

Computer Programmers design Software packages by coding instructions into machine readable form. Their expertise is needed to program telecommunications sofware, special d effects software, multimedia packages (cd-roms), 3-D software, computer games etc... The languages that are currently being used a C++ and VISUAL BASIC. Individuals must be prepared to grow with the many changes in software programming, learning new languages and programming techniques as they are developed.
